Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I just took my 9 year old daughter who has crazy Afro style hair and Lexi was so beautiful with her made her feel so happy and relaxed! She asked her her opinion and if she was happy! I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

Can’t recommend a haircut with Lexie highly enough! From the moment I arrive I was put at ease, it’s lovely space, and Lexie is incredibly talented. My hair is very thick wavy coarse and frizzy (a pain to cut and manage in other words!) and I’ve paid a lot more for some disastrous cuts but Lexie listened to what I wanted and used her skills to give me probably the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I normally find hairdressers visits stressful and overwhelming but I left feeling relaxed, like I’d had a treat and with happy hair. Thanks so much :D

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Morgans Chester is fantastic. If your worried about seeing someone about your hair because it is thinning and you want to lpok at different solution then please do book in with Rebecca. She is extremely experienced puts you at ease, and doesnt push you. She guides you, so you can achieve your best look. Best thing I ever did was seeing Rebecca. Brilliant service, Brilliant professional. No need to go anywhere else ever again.
