I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

Lucy was absolutely fantastic on our wedding day, she is excellent at wedding hair and all the girls were very happy with the finished hair. We loved having Rebecca and Lucy on the day, they were so lovely and just fit in so well with the group. I could not recommend them more! I had booked for a consultation and ended up having my hair done there and then. This is the first salon that I have ever gone to without feeling embarrassed about my hair. They listened and advised and I left feeling super happy and confident. I will be a regular customer.

A great consultation in a private and relaxed atmosphere. I was quite nervous at the prospect of losing my hair from chemo. Rebecca was very helpful and patient and I have come away with two lovely wigs which I will be happy to wear anytime. Further, Rebecca tactfully and seamlessly got my 23 year old daughter who suffers from thinning hair into the chair after me and she has come away thrilled to bits with a beautiful, impossibly long curly wig. Rebecca also gave us both very good advice on our separate conditions. I 100% recommend this business to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience at Calma, not only the appointment itself but the consultation the week before. Chloe understood exactly what I wanted and gave such good advice. My appointment was so lovely and relaxed and the end result exceeded expectations! I will now be booking in for root touch ups in the run up to my wedding and will be looking at the beauty options too. Thank you!

Had my hair cut again with Chlo and I got to use her Davines semi-permanent hair colour and WOW, I absolutely love it. It's covered my greys perfectly and has blended with my natural colour to the point where you wouldn't even know I'd had it done. And the shine!!! Another 10/10 experience with Chlo.
