Felt truly looked after by Rhian in the Chester branch today. Nothing was too much trouble and her advice and professionalism was well appreciated. After trying many wigs we stuck with the first choice . Can't wait to try it when it comes in Thank you for your patience Rhian !!

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

My experience at Rebecca Jaynes was simply amazing. Lucy did my hair which was simply one of the best blow dries I have ever had. My hair stayed in style the whole day. Rebecca finished with my make up and I loved it. I felt so confident going to the wedding. They both listened to me, got to know me in a very short space of time and styled my hair and make up to suit me. They were brilliant. Plus by the time I left I felt so relaxed I enjoyed every minute of the wedding. Totally professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you

Visited yesterday with my daughter. Was feeling very apprehensive but Claire put me as ease straight away. Her kindness and professionalism was outstanding. Found the perfect wig straight away and Claire even cut me in a little fringe. Made me cry but happy tears as all so very emotional. Thank you Claire you are a super star 🌟

Jo was very thorough and delightful to chat with. We agreed on a style that suits my hair (a tendency to frizz), and she's done a lovely job cutting and blow-drying it. I can go out to lunch today with my head held high! Will definitely be back. Very convenient to pop in after a swim. And 10% off for being a gym member. What's not to like!

I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

I've been struggling to find someone who really understands my hair type for years, but Chloe is a total game-changer. I showed her a vague reference photo and she not only nailed the style but also gave me amazing advice on how to keep my hair healthy between visits. The salon is warm and welcoming and calm, and she took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and even suggested tweaks that made it look even better! Ive left every time feeling so confident and amazing , can’t wait to go back x

My first time visiting Kirsty and it definitely won’t be my last. My hair has changed due to menopause and I took the leap to embrace my natural curl after 30+ years of using straighteners. Kirsty cut my hair to adapt my curl and make my hair more manageable. Love it and can’t wait to continue my curly hair journey

All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. It’s a beautiful shade and style- it looks perfect on me and I’ll feel a lot happier and more confident wearing it! Thank you for being so patient and helpful while I chose another style to try. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Anna was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled — my nails have never looked better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments. The service, the attention, the passion, the love and the care that is taken to understand your needs is second to none. Utter perfection.
