I’ve been going to Molly for my Hollywood Wax for nearly 2 years now and I look forward to every visit. Molly makes every session feel like a nice girly catch up, and ensures I am comfortable throughout the waxing process. There is no amount of overgrowth or awkward positions that are left with a feeling of embarrassment, as Molly makes the waxing process feel so normal, due to her professionalism and years of experience. I couldn’t wish for anyone better to do the job! 🥹💕

I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

Cath uses a room which is very clean indeed. Cath too is a clean person. I refer to her hands and clothing. On arrival she made me feel very welcome. Cath carries out waxing very professionally and with a high degree of excellence. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you’ve never been before, as she makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have. Personally I will not use anyone else.

I had the best experience with Anna at Kalma salons Chester. I booked in for a nail tidy-up and a pedicure, and the whole appointment was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Can highly recommend threading with Jess. I prefer threading over waxing when it’s for the facial area and Jess does a fantastic job. Fast, pain free, very thorough. So pleased this service is now offered here at Beauty Vault.
