Molly makes every session feel like a nice girly catch up, and ensures I am comfortable throughout the waxing process. I first went to TBV just after COVID - now it’s my go-to. I’ve had all kinds of waxing and laser too. Yvonne is amazing! She’s professional, but also puts you at ease. Quick and efficient, and the results are always fab. Would highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else in Chester for waxing. Thanks Yvonne and team!

Such a lovely lady! I went in for a half leg wax. The whole experience was very calm and friendly. Extreamly quick and a lot less painful then those at home wax strips! Not a hair left in sight and extremely good value for money. 10/10 will be back again for sure.

Just had my first 2025 appointment for brows,lash an full leg/bikini waxing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. Emma is fantastic ! 5* service.. all the ladies are welcoming an friendly, in modern cozy environment. Always look forward to my visits.

Emma was excellent. She kindly, gently, and professionally explained the nail treatment in detail and clearly. She was very meticulous in her work, and we enjoyed some nice conversations as well. My nails look fabulous, and they were well cared for throughout the process. Thank you, Emma! This has been the best nail experience I've had in Chester for a long time. I highly recommend it.

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

I have my eye and brow package with Tara regularly every 6 weeks and as usual she has done a fab job. I also had a gel manicure and a leg wax for holiday. I received a professional service as always from a therapist who has lots of experience in a warm and welcome environment, thank you.

After trying a few salons in the area this one is by far the best. I had a full leg and Brazilian wax at £39 and I can't find a fault. The lady that gave me a wax (sorry can't remember the name) was lovely and bubbly made me feel right at ease in an instant. I've re booked and would recommend to everyone and anyone.
