I took off my braids and was advised to do the avocado treatment.. It was amazing! The treatment smells very fresh ,the therapist took time to detangle my hair. It was a 10/10 service in general and i will definitely visit for my braids on Monday Awesome service

I had a great experience. I had made an appointment to get passion twists but ended up getting small box braids, instead, with a pretty shade of silvery salt and pepper. Braids were beautiful done by a team of braiders led by Rita. It took less than 3 hours.:)

All staff members were so welcoming and took great care of me. They really knew how to take care of my hair with little to no tension to it. The detangling process was the best I have had in a long time and so quick. My knotless braids came out beautifully! Thank you!

I had a great experience at Kai Beauty Studio. It's a beautifully designed salon: sleek, uncluttered, open space in a great location. The receptionist is sweet and helpful. Priscilla washed my natural hair and gave me a deep conditioning steam treatment and trimmed my short, layered bob. I had a roller set and she styled it with a flat iron. She asked lots of questions, gave me advice about keeping my hair healthy. I was really impressed and I will definitely be back.

It was good, I loved everything about the service except that my braids for the weaves were done too tight. Since then, my scalp has been really hurting at the slightest touch. I don't know how to bring relief to my scalp and I don't want it to be sore or pull out my hair. Please, what do you suggest?
