Had the Winter Spa ritual with Holly which consisted of a back, neck and shoulder massage, facial and Indian head massage. Was the best massage I’ve ever had. Holly is friendly and really listens to what you want. I would highly recommend and looking forward to another massage in the New Year.

Helen has a lovely touch, soft , calming , even magical. Very pleasurable and relaxing. Feel safe and secure in surroundings with relaxing music. Great new type of facial tried and LED light mask. And a nice hand/arm massage.

I normally visit Emily for a 60 minute massage, today I went ultra luxe and added a facial. Wow, elevated an already brilliant experience to a whole new level. Emily seamlessly added a very relaxing and luxurious facial. The facial was so good, and because she's not affiliated to a particular brand she used products from a few different ones. It could have been badged as an aromatherapy facial it was so beautifully scented. So, so good, I floated home. Will definitely be adding this again in the future. Thank you Emily

I had an absolutely incredible experience with the VIP ritual. From the start Elise made the atmosphere calming and made me feel completely at ease. The massage was perfect—every knot and bit of tension melted away, she has the most amazing hands! The facial was equally amazing. The products used smelled divine and were gentle yet effective.
