Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Couple hours of joy! I had one of the nicest facials ever,I loved the dermaplanning and facial at the upscale Japanese head spa. I came for the first time but I will definitely be back. ❤️

Absolutely gorgeous Crystal Clear microdermabrasion deluxe facial with Holly! Walked into the salon with dull, tired skin with angry spot areas and walked out with the cleanest, softest, brightest skin and loads less angry spot areas. Plus the neck and shoulder massage was so so relaxing. A definitely must have treatment. Thank you so much Holly ❤️

One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Worth every penny. I went for the luxury facial and luxury head spa and would highly recommend to anyone. B is so so lovely and professional and has a real passion for wellbeing and amazing at what she does. Will be revisiting 100%

Great service and friendly welcome. My skin felt, clean fresh and revitalised after my Microdermabrasion Crystal Clear facial. I look forward to trying other wonderful treatments at this salon.

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! Fantastic Face and Scalp Ritual - more a therapy than a facial. Very relaxing.

Fantastic facial. All the great products and techniques you would hope for, with the addition of loads of facial massage. So relaxing and calming, whilst feeling like you can tell it’s actually making a difference to your skin & face. Karen also used the ice globes (as booked) and included a shoulder & scalp massage whilst the mask was on. Will book again for sure. Thank you!
