Shirya was amazing, made me feel welcomed the second I walked in the salon…the massage and facial was incredible and much needed after a stressful few months. I’ve booked in for lymphatic drainage and will be booking in for more treatments!

I’ve trusted Jeanine with my brows (and lashes!) for years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. Every treatment is done with so much care and attention to detail, and I always leave feeling more confident. She’s the ultimate hype queen! ✨ On top of that, she’s such a lovely person—our chats about TV and life make every appointment so enjoyable. Thank you for always making me feel so welcome. No one else I’d trust with my forever-complimented brows! 🩷

It was my first time coming to Loughskin and Shriya gave me a luxury facial and omg it was so relaxing my face brightened up and never looked so clear and plump! She also explained every step of the way and was the most bubbliest with honest advice regarding any skin and body concerns. Highly recommend and will be back again! Thank you Shriya!

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Charlotte really knows her stuff; she makes each session feel easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to refresh their skin—no matter your gender!

As always, Lil provides the most welcoming and professional environment. I cannot recommend Aphelia enough (having experienced botox injections, hydra facials and laser hair removal).

I’ve been having classic b-curl lash extensions for a couple of years, but this was my first visit to Charlotte for them. They look amazing 🤩 On a freezing cold day, the cabin was so warm and cosy that I ended up dropping off to sleep during the treatment.
