Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Abbie is AMAZING ! She is fab at what she does, she is friendly and very professional. It's such a nice cosy private studio where you feel well looked after. Abbie did a full head of highlights, toner and some curls to finish and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Abbie for any service (I've had a facial and massage from her before too). As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Charlotte really knows her stuff; she makes each session feel easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to refresh their skin—no matter your gender!

Wow and more Wow!! I've never really had a facial before, not one like this anyway. I never knew or realised how relaxing and calming a facial was. Kat was absolutely amazing!! My whole body just sank and relaxed at a level I've never really experienced before!! I think I've avoided having a facial in the past because I've felt vulnerable, I think with it being my face I've always avoided but Kat was absolutely amazing and Once I was on the beautiful bed (which is soooo..... comfortable and snug!!) My body literally melted and I was so calm and relaxed that any anxiety I had just disappeared.
