What Happens at an Appointment?
We'll begin with a consultation to understand what your needs are, whether this is relating to emotional, stress, or health issue, feeling at a cross-roads in life, or feeling something is holding you back from achieving your goals.
 
I'll explain the treatment and the way I work and ask you to lie on the couch (fully clothed, without shoes).
 
Reiki is given by placing the hands on or near the body. It can be comforting to receive the healing at the site of discomfort or dis-ease but the energy is taken-in and used where it is most needed, this may be the root cause whether physical, emotional, or thought patterns.

What Does Reiki Feel Like?
Some people notice a feeling of warmth, tingling sensations or a gentle feeling of waves of energy, while others are aware of certain colours, their emotions or thoughts, and of course, deep relaxation. Each experience is unique and will be right for you on your healing journey.

Traditional Thai Foot Massage is a combination of acupressure, energy balancing and stretching exercises. Thai foot massage is practised everywhere in Thailand and a part of everyday life, techniques that are still used today date back over 2000 years. The treatment focuses on the lower legs and feet, the practitioner uses a range of pressures and techniques using their hands, thumbs and a wooden acupressure massage tool to stimulate and balance the bodies systems and energy/Chi by addressing the Sen lines and pressure points.

 We will ask you a few questions before you attend your session just to determine what type of meditation will be most beneficial for you.
 When you arrive we will have an informal chat about how you are feeling before getting you comfy either seated or reclining on our massage couch.
 We will begin the session with gentle relaxation meditation. 
 The guided mediation will then begin, we will gently talk to you throughout and allow you to experience deep relaxation.
 The session will end with you having a quiet period alone to relax and reflect then an informal chat at the end.

 These sessions can also be added on to any of our holistic therapy packages to add another dimension of relaxation to your experience with us.

Indian head massage, also known as champissage, is a treatment that focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, often using circular massage strokes to improve hair and scalp condition.

Through this theory, is is understood that Indian head massage can not only reduce headaches and improve physical well-being, but it can also improve mental and emotional wellness too.

Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic practice that has been used in India for over 5000 years, and requires no oils or equipment, making it a very accessible treatment, perfect for newcomers to massage. It is usually done while seated and through light clothing.
