Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely gorgeous Crystal Clear microdermabrasion deluxe facial with Holly! Walked into the salon with dull, tired skin with angry spot areas and walked out with the cleanest, softest, brightest skin and loads less angry spot areas. Plus the neck and shoulder massage was so so relaxing. A definitely must have treatment. Thank you so much Holly ❤️

As a guy, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a six-week hydro facial course at The Beauty Retreat but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! The results have been fantastic—my fine lines and dark circles are way less noticeable, and my skin feels smoother and looks brighter. Charlotte really knows her stuff; she makes each session feel easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking to refresh their skin—no matter your gender!

The most relaxing facial I have ever had!

I went today for a 30-minute relaxing facial, and it was such a lovely experience. Kiran was absolutely amazing — so gentle and professional. I really liked it very much. The ambiance was calming, and my skin feels so refreshed and glowing now. Definitely looking forward to coming back again!
