First time going there today and it was great!!! Staff were friendly, calming and thoughtful. Will definitely be coming here again I loved my Eyebrows and Lip ( got them waxed ). She also asked if she could thread my eyebrows and it was my first time but they didn’t hurt! I didn’t go red after the wax or threading which was a plus!

Kelly is by far the best eyebrow practitioner in Norwich! She really takes care and an interest in getting the best result for you long term depending on your skin type and lifestyle factors and eyebrows always look fab! She’s a lovely kind lady and I will never go anywhere else thanks Kelly x

Alexandra is my go to lady, she's so down to earth that you feel comfortable with any treatment! She's treated me from facials to Lvl lashes and she's amazing at them all. Also never laughed or felt more at ease then with her! Thank you for being fabulous!

I had a facial with Cam yesterday, and it was honestly the best facial I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, she was so sweet, warm, and welcoming, which made me feel completely relaxed. Cam is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything she was doing, making sure the treatment was tailored to my skin. My skin has never felt so refreshed, glowing, and healthy afterwards. She is such a fantastic asset to the clinic, and her passion and professionalism really shine through. I had today a personalised deep cleansing treatment with Filipa (+ Gua Sha) and it was incredibly relaxing. My watch even recorded that I fell asleep for over an hour 😄 My skin felt fresh, glowing, and deeply cleansed afterwards. Highly recommend!
