Hello Lorna, I was soooooo embarrassed that had clicked on the incorrect treatment when I first booked. I just went back over all your reminders etc...which clearly said "Pedicure." I was so sure I had chosen to renew the shellac manicure, I only looked at the time and date and didn't even read the description. I will be more careful next time when booking ON LINE. Lorna was amazing...it was wonderful to have a great conversation with her and to find out she is the owner of Native Body Bar and to learn about her journey from Vietnam to Australia. She was very understanding of my nail needs (given I only wanted infills and to use my own polish) AND was non-judgemental about the state of my nails on arrival (after I'd done much gardening!) She literally transformed my hands and made me feel feminine again. It was a fabulous treatment and an enriching experience.
