I had such an amazing experience at Lash Up. From the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. The technician was not only professional but also brought great energy and banter, which made the whole appointment feel relaxed and fun. I got a hybrid full set, and I am honestly so impressed. The lashes feel incredibly light, like there is absolutely nothing on my eyes. The quality is outstanding, soft lashes with a really good adhesive that feels comfortable and secure. Amazing! Had a lash lift and tint done. Barely felt a thing. The environment was soothing and I even fell asleep a few times while getting the lash lift and tint done. Layla is very kind and sweet as well and explained the process beforehand. She also provided instructions for how to care for my lashes afterwards. I asked for a more curled look and she delivered! My hybrid lash set is the best I’ve ever seen, and I’ve had lashes done at quite a few places. The lashes are evenly spaced and so soft! The treatment room is quite icy but the end result makes up for it.
