10/10 experience here! I came on Valentine’s Day to get my nails and lashes done bc all the salons in downtown Lisbon were booked but it was very worth the trip. My lashes came out exactly like my lash tech does them in the states. I’ve tried three other lash places in Lisbon and none have gotten them the way I like. They also convinced me try new “cat eye” nail designs which were GORGEOUS. I usually only get black or white but they were a great decision and I got so many compliments. The space was clean and calm. The staff was kind and welcoming and spoke English. They take card payments!

I got my hair cut and my nails done and I am OBSESSED!!!! Both the hairdresser and the nail tech were so kind, friendly, spoke English perfectly and so incredibly talented! The salon is very chic and modern and I felt so relaxed when I left. Can’t wait to go back for another treatment! Finally found my favorite salon in Lisbon, can’t recommend it enough. 10/10

I am happy with the new volume lashes I got, they look good and were done with care. I cannot yet say if they will hold and stay on as I expect, but that will remain to be seen! I will be booking a new appointment for a redo to refresh them, some few weeks from now. Overall happy with the customer service, even though the lash technician didn’t really speak English and the appointment was mostly silent, I didn’t mind at all because it was a great chance for me to just relax in silence and do some mindfullness. These ladies were so incredibly accommodating and gave me some amazing results! I made an appointment but ended up being late due to my flight, but they were still able to take me, and had multiple people working at once to make good time. Brilliant eyelashes professional. I asked for a natural version and it’s exactly what I got. Lovely atmosphere. All staff can speak fluent English. The venue is pretty tricky to find - you need to walk through the gym entrance, but when you make it, you’re warmly welcomed.
