I had such a lovely experience getting eyelash extensions for the first time! I was really nervous since I have very sensitive eyes, but Jane was incredibly kind. She met with me before my appointment to explain the process and show me the products she would be using, which really eased my anxiety. She took a lot of time and effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The eyelash extensions turned out amazing! Jane is truly talented at what she does, and I can't recommend her enough. She's so kind and genuine!

This was my second time getting the jap hair wash! My hair feels luscious, soft, shiny and smooth! The first time I went was with my mum and it was great! However the second time I went I felt like it was a little too harsh when washing my face , especially when I had lash extensions on. Otherwise it was a great service! Would love to go again , but please be mindful to not rub the eyes too hard!

Rayanne is not only incredibly talented at what she does, but honestly one of the sweetest and most down to earth beauticians I’ve ever met! Upon my arrival and once the treatment was complete, she was professional and great to have a laugh with! I have been doing lash extensions with Tracy for many years now. She is skilled, knowledgeable and professional. The space is clean, cosy and bedding is comfortable. She is gentle on the lash and never has there been stinging or red eyes, just feel relaxed, fall asleep and wake up beautiful 😍 The rententions are good between 4 week infills but that is also with self care. Highly recommend visiting her and prices are reasonable too. 10/10 💖
