Today was my first visit to this salon. It is located one block off of Oxford street. From start to finish - My needs and expectations were exceptionally well met. I love my hair. The job was done within the four hours. I am happy that I received exact style requested. There were no negatives and recommendations for change. Everything appeared very attentive, professional and organized. The environment is peaceful, with low background music. The value truly exceeds the cost of these services I received. The Spintex office didn't seem to know that I had made a reservation but they welcomed me anyway. Got my locs washed and tightened. The person tightening my locs checked in periodically to make sure that it was being too tight. They just need to make sure their location is aware of the bookings, especially during a day with heavy traffic. I would go back again!

Twist and Locs is excellent at handling natural hair. I have enjoyed the service thoroughly. As a person with extremely thick hair, I’ve had to endure the torture of traditional salons pulling at my roots and then telling me to perm or texturize. This has been the most bearable, and dare I say, most wonderful experience. As I speak, I’m induced by the sweet minty burn on my scalp and the scented of their conditioner in my twists. The fact that price is fixed beforehand is a plus for the kind of hair I have. And the staff are so fun. Mabel (my fellow Reggae fan) has such a soft touch.

It was good, a nice and calm experience overall, I went for a loc detox, some maintenance, there was a lot of attention for my hair and I liked that I got what I went there for. My stylist was very nice as well. The only thing I had a problem with was the fact that I had to wait for sometime which seemed really long to me cos my stylist had to help another customer with her nails when I was done with my hair and I came before that particular customer so I honestly just feel like that bit could've been handled way better, I could've even been assigned someone different

Great except that the appointment time was clearly irrelevant. I was early but was attended to much after the appointment time. Not the best.

Yesterday I went to the shop in Osu after work. I was very tired, but the moment I entered there I felt at home. I was welcome well and who served me did a good job. She really killed there. She complimented me for my neat locs, but she taught me a lot. She gave me advices and suggestions. This that I didn’t know or never know about my locs. I am always eager to learn more about my locs and yesterday was a piece of master. I also loved the product they used, their own made. Thank you very much again, it was my bad that I didn’t ask the name of the girl that did all this for me.

Had a really great experience here. Booked my appt for late afternoon, but I was around the area so rang to see if I could come earlier which they said yes too. Arrived, was very much welcomed. Lights were out so sat on the verander which had a nice breeze and then just as I needed the lights for the dryer it came back on : ) Retwisted my locs, first time I've done them in Ghana as from the U.K But she was really good and did a fab style at the end.

Staff are pleasant, kind and supportive but guests need WiFi access to be able to remit payments easily and post experience if needed.

Sampson always exceeds my expectations. He pays attention to detail, is neat and attentive. I always leave your salon feeling extremely confident and have received many compliments on your work.

I always receive excellent service at Enam’s. Today I got a wonderful hair wash with the scalp massage and all that. It was refreshing because I don’t get that often with hair wash😀. Cheers to my one year anniversary with them. This is to more wonderful years ahead on my Locs journey.
