Deep tissue massage with Sarah was exactly what I needed to start my weekend on the right foot. I was worried I would not be able to keep up with my caregiving duties due to an extremely sore upper back, shoulders, and lats. Due to of course some strenuous workouts that left me stift and in pain. Sarah, got to work right away, and its almost as if she intuitively knew when to apply deep and deeper pressure. I was never uncomfortable but used breathing techniques so she could get deeper. I am very very impressed with my first massage. Thank you Sarah.
