Was a very good experience. My friend and I was from out of town and she was able to fit us into her schedule. She took her time on the Brazilian to assure it was perfect. The deep tissue massage was magnificent. I finally found someone that was able to give me the right pressure.

I enjoyed every minute, especially for it to be my very first time. Customer service is excellent, the esthetician was great. She was gently and talked me through it the whole time and made sure I was ok after every wax removal. I highly recommend going. I can't wait for my follow up and possibly add a massage or facial. Booked a day spa visit for my daughter and I to do together while I was here visiting from Florida. What a fantastic experience from the first call to make the appointment to getting the best message I have ever had. Can't wait to come back and get another one, the next time we come to Fayetteville.

I enjoyed 90 minutes of great massage. I went in with tight /knotty muscles and came out feeling revived.

Jessica was amazing. She asked me about my form I had filled out. She had a plan but we settled on a relaxation massage. It was just what I needed. She is very professional and I will definitely be calling her again. I'm going to tell some friends about Cozy Spa.

The service was great and the massage therapist was very friendly, she educated me about my arthritis pain and other important things. The medical assessment was a plus for, I been to other massage Spa and no care to find out about my medical situation. Jessica explained everything in details, I'll come again!
