I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

Beautiful boutique salon. My hair was blow dried and styled for beaches. The owner was wonderful and my stylist did a phenomenal job! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

What a great experience I had here. I most definitely recommend it here if you’re ever visiting Chicago!

Lea is amazing!

The most comfortable space and time getting my lash lift and tint! My lashes look like I freshly curled them without all of the work! Will be coming back again 🩷also got to snag the cutest hat from her boutique!

This was my first experience with the team while being part of a local wedding party, and it exceeded all expectations. Rabia shaped my eyebrows flawlessly, perfectly framing my face. When it came to hair, the girls truly went above and beyond—not only creating a beautiful style, but also sharing helpful tips so I could maintain the look throughout the entire weekend. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend them!
