I had a really nice experience overall. The owner and the hairdresser were both incredibly kind and accommodating. They created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely loved how my hair turned out! They did a beautiful job. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the makeup wasn’t quite what I asked for. I requested a very natural look, but it ended up being much heavier than I wanted and I had to redo it. That said, their kindness and the positive energy in the salon really stood out, and I truly appreciated how welcoming they were.

Beautiful boutique salon. My hair was blow dried and styled for beaches. The owner was wonderful and my stylist did a phenomenal job! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Absolutely loved it. It was my first massage ever and this set the bar for every massage after! My massage therapist found tension areas I didn’t even know existed. I booked couples massage for me and my boyfriend’s six year anniversary and he enjoyed it too. He said it was the most calming experience he’s ever had getting a massage. Whenever I need some me time, I’m coming back here!
