I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I tried sugaring wax! I heard it’s less painful than regular waxing, so I gave it a shot. And honestly, it does feel gentler than hard wax. The warm sugar paste removes hair in a way that’s less irritating to the skin. Right after the session, my skin was a little red, but it calmed down within a few hours—and now it feels super smooth! Plus, it lasts about 3–4 weeks, so it’s really low-maintenance. It also makes periods way more comfortable—no stickiness, no odor, just so much better. I cannot recommend Katerina enough! From start to finish, she provides an exceptional experience. She is incredibly thorough in her work, ensuring every step is carefully done. Her waxing and sugaring techniques are top-notch, with great quality results that leaves me feeling smooth and confident. Her space is spotless, and you can tell she takes hygiene and sanitation seriously. This makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed during my visits. Great leg massage. Prefer no rubber gloves but don’t seem to mind rubber gloves on legs. Need better massage table with head rest if back massage wanted. But I am just there for leg massage so it’s ok.

Amazing experience every time at Winked Studio! She is extremely talented and pays great attention to detail. My lashes always look beautiful, clean, and full and they last so well. Even when I go in for my refills, I still have plenty of lashes left. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work and great retention.

I had such a great experience at Picasso Nail Salon! I got a shellac pedicure and a wax, and the staff were all amazing — super friendly, positive, and welcoming. Especially Dee, who made me feel so comfortable and did such a great job! The whole team had such good energy, and they all looked so cute in their Halloween costumes. Definitely one of the best salons I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure! 💅🎃

Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

I hesitate to book massages with anyone who isn't an RTM, but I'm glad I didn't let that stop me today. Sameera gave me one of the best full-body massages I have ever had! Her technique had me melting into the table I was so relaxed, and left me feeling rejuvenated when I left. It was worth every penny and I can't wait until my next visit, which there will definitely be.

I had an amazing experience with the whole Day Spa retreat package. Sumaira did such an amazing job with my facial and massage then I had a blast with Preeti during my mani pedi…she’s so great! Overall it was a full day of relaxation and pampering on my birthday eve which was so worth it!
