I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning. Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

I'm really impressed. I haven't come across a place that uses new products for each customer before. They even opened a fresh pack of cuticle cutters and used all new tools, which is so important to prevent any adverse reactions. It's also rare to find a salon that sculpts nails with form guide stickers. The final result was flawless, and they even used a detail brush around my cuticles with my color. Got exactly what i asked for.

The service was fantastic and the staff are wonderful. It was my first time there and I really enjoyed my experience. Rosie, the owner of the salon is just lovely. I made some new friends at the salon . I came out of this place with beautiful lashes and nails.
