My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

I had a great experience here. I’ve been looking for a place where you don’t feel like you’re on a conveyor belt lol. This is my second time getting my nails done here and it was honestly, wonderful. They don’t rush, they take their time and I feel they take pride in their work. At least the young lady I had for my nails was very professional. Then I had the anti aging facial.! It was awesome!! Like probably the best facial I’ve ever had. It’s up in the top 3 for sure

Ive tried several other salons within the area and this by far is my favourite go-to. The place is clean and beautiful. Customer service is fantastic. I had a great experience with Celine for a manicure and pedicure, and a relaxing experience with Tasia during a facial! Highly recommend :)

Ania is one of the nicest people in the industry and probably one of the best clinics I have been too. The ladies are very friendly, knowledgeable and will make you feel so comfortable during any treatments. They are also very accommodating and helpful in many ways. I have received a facial treatment as well as going through laser hair removal and have had 2 sessions so far and am very satisfied on how the treatments are going. Looking forward to the other treatments being offered.

Chloe was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very patient! She was very focussed on her work, super gentle with the tools and made sure to check in with me on the progress of my nails !! I changed my mind on a 3d art for a few nails and she willing removed it and started the process all over again on going cat eyes for all. I felt bad but she was super understanding and kind about it. Thank you Chloe for such an amazing experience :) would definitely recommend - most gentle nail tech I've ever had

Tracy absolutely saved the day! I smudged my nails right in the middle of dress shopping and was stressing about it, but she took me and completely redid it. The result was flawless—you couldn’t even tell anything had gone wrong. She was quick, professional, and so kind the entire time. It really made my whole day better. I heard about "Glamroom" from my esthetician Branka ( who is fabulous btw) who works in " Skin and Bodyfresh" on Bloor street . I had botox done at Glamroom and I must say , place is looking marvelous, service excellent and Dr. Margaret is very experienced and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. I am definitely going back for my PRP vampire facial.... Highly recommend place for small and big works!

I cannot recommend Glamour room enough! Ania’s facials are the best I’ve ever received and my skin is looking amazing!! Every cream, mask, face wash she uses smells so good and is high quality…and a hot stone massage of my neck and shoulders to go along with that! So my question is: when is the soonest I can get another facial? Because I can hardly wait!!! Thanks Ania!
