Vera is a talented hairdresser. She just knows hair so well. She did the perfect balayage on me (i had pre existing foils from another hair salon which I wasn’t happy with). But when I communicated my concerns with Vera and showed her photos of my hair and what I wanted to achieve, she was quite clear with me and understood what I wanted.
