I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I tried sugaring wax! I heard it’s less painful than regular waxing, so I gave it a shot. And honestly, it does feel gentler than hard wax. The warm sugar paste removes hair in a way that’s less irritating to the skin. Right after the session, my skin was a little red, but it calmed down within a few hours—and now it feels super smooth! Plus, it lasts about 3–4 weeks, so it’s really low-maintenance. It also makes periods way more comfortable—no stickiness, no odor, just so much better. My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

I had such a great experience at Picasso Nail Salon! I got a shellac pedicure and a wax, and the staff were all amazing — super friendly, positive, and welcoming. Especially Dee, who made me feel so comfortable and did such a great job! The whole team had such good energy, and they all looked so cute in their Halloween costumes. Definitely one of the best salons I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure! 💅🎃

Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.
