Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

Just experienced my first 60 minute Elemis facial with head/shoulder/arm/hand massage. Katie was incredible, I've never felt so relaxed, melted all my tension away that i didnt know i had... in a beautiful setting with chill out music and blankets...thanku Katie Canham your the best! ❤️

Just had my monthly facial . I recently had Covid and my skin wasn’t feeling great . Katie soon had it feeling tip top again . Also had eyebrow tint and waxing lovely treatment. Always a great experience at The Elms .

Beautiful treatment room and a very relaxing experience. Katie was lovely, explaining what she was doing as she worked. I’ll definitely be back for other treatments as well as brow tint and wax, which I had today. Katie is a very welcome addition to the beauty world. Good luck!

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. It was quick, easy, and filled with lots of laughs! I left feeling incredible. Thank you so much, Gemma – I’ll definitely be back again in the near future! ❤️
