Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

Massage could be rated as "the best" ever had. Evironment rustique and very spiritual. Just what i was looking for. Then the therapý was very professionnal, ciblé, and just perfect for the pain i exprerienced prior to the session. Will do a repeat surely.

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I’ve been coming to Kayli for around two years now and I’m always really happy with the results☺️I’ve had both cuts and highlights, and my most recent balayage was absolutely amazing💕 I always get so many compliments from friends and family everyone says it looks brilliant. I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Gemma was incredibly professional but still down-to-earth, creating such a relaxed atmosphere. I also took advantage of an amazing package deal, which made the whole experience even better. It was quick, easy, and filled with lots of laughs! I left feeling incredible. Thank you so much, Gemma – I’ll definitely be back again in the near future! ❤️

I’ve been twice now for a VMould wax and both times have been amazing! Not a single hair left! Gemma makes sure you are happy with results before leaving too. Gemma makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable!
