I had the Softening Holistic Sensory Massage with Mira and the whole experience was fantastic. It was deeply relaxing from start to finish. Mira has such a special way of opening up the senses through smell, touch, and sound. One of the most memorable parts for me was feeling the energy from the singing bowl, as the sound and vibration brought such a sense of calm and presence. I also really appreciated the tea session afterwards. Mira’s choice of tea was so grounding and comforting, it helped me feel calm and more connected to myself. It was a beautiful, nourishing experience.

One of the best massages in London! I’ve been struggling with back, neck, and shoulder pain caused by my office work, which had been affecting my sleep for months. After just one session, I noticed a significant improvement! I’ll definitely be visiting weekly from now on. So glad I discovered Urban Therapy!

Valdi Mezei provided an excellent deep tissue massage. He was professional, attentive, and really focused on the areas where I had the most tension. I felt immediate relief and much more relaxed afterward. Highly recommend him to anyone needing an effective and therapeutic massage.

This is like entering to the land of fairies. The studio is dreamy and beautiful and the previous conversation with Cassie is always welcoming and it settles you down for the session. What can i say about the moment that Cassie starts working with your energy and with acupuncture? words are not enough, is something you need to do! You will feel blessed and happy afterwords, with your energy completely uplifted. For me is always a gift and im super happy when i have the time to get this treatment. Holly was amazing, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. I had acupuncture with sound healing and it was amazing!! I left feeling so relaxed and like my tension has disappeared. Was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.

The therapist’s ability to switch gears is incredible. She used elbows for the knots in my shoulders but kept the rest of the session fluid and rhythmic. Urban Therapy really lives up to the 'clinical' part of their name—they know anatomy. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.
