I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. Great! Alisson really listed to my requests and gave me exactly what I asked for. He took the time to show me alternate ways of styling my new haircut. I love it! He and all of the staff were very personable, sharing recommendations for some of their favorite local restaurants with us as they knew that we were visiting. Will return next time I am in London.

Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)

The best experience I've had in London so far. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and I was offered a drink. Then another lady washed ans prepared my hair for the cut. She was lovely and professional at the same time. Hakan then took time to listen to what I wanted and also had great suggestions based on my hair type. The attention to detail, precision and effort he put into my haircut and blow out were incredible. He's a true magician! Highly recommended.
