It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions. After just one session with her, I felt immediate relief. Trang truly worked wonders on me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint and treat my problem areas with ease. I had acupuncture for my lower back pain and knee pain. Yan took time to understand my issue and explained the process step by step. My pain has reduced significantly after just one session. A very professional and caring therapist!

I tried Neo's cupping massage for my lower back pain, and it was a revelation. He uses running/gliding cups with oil first to warm up the tissue, then places stationary cups on my major trigger points. The negative suction pressure decompressed my tight fascia way better than traditional downward pressure. The circular marks faded in a few days, but the relief was instant.

Louie was amazing to see for acupuncture. I went to see them for ongoing shoulder pain. The consultation was thorough looking at all aspects of my health. Louie explained in detail how the acupuncture needles would be placed, how it would feel and reassured me throughout the session. The space is beautiful and calming. I had some good immediate relief from pain and more movement in my shoulder. I'll definitely be booking in again with Louie. I highly recommend. Louie and acupuncture as a treatment are amazing :)

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

It was my first time having acupuncture, and my experience was very positive. Heyfing took the time to assess my pain. After the treatment, my symptoms improved, and I felt much better.
