Cassie has such such a warm, lovely presence and very attuned to the needs of the client. It has been super hard for me to find an acupuncturist in London that I felt was intuitive and understood my presentation, and could listen to the subtle cues of my energy field and physical body. Super grateful to have the opportunity to receive her magic!

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. My treatment with Holly was amazing - such a genuinely holistic approach to skin, looking at everything from diet and sleep to stress. The facial itself was incredible (my skin is already feeling so dewy), and the sound healing and acupuncture took me into such a deep state of relaxation. I feel completely restored inside and out.

I came to Trang with extremely tight hips, glutes, traps and neck, which had been preventing me from stretching properly and constantly causing pain after strength training sessions.
