Had a really good sports massage with Lewis, focused mainly on my lower back. He took the time to ask a few questions first about where I was feeling tight and what my training load was like, which I appreciated. My lower back felt noticeably looser straight after, and I have way more movement the next day. He also gave me a couple of simple tips to help stop it tightening up again.

I loved the full body massage I received. Devina is really good and she adjusted the pressure on different areas as per my request. I felt totally relaxed after the massage. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

Sush at Escala Beauty is absolutely brilliant at what she does and I have been seeing her for treatment for shoulder, neck and lower back pain. I sometimes have 1 session and sometimes 2. It depends how much pain I am in. Sush gives a really good deep tissue massage relieving pain at the core of the pain.

I had a lovely first experience at The Reset Lounge! The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere and Devina is warm and professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. A great treatment from start to finish with Demi explaing everything as we go along. Made me feel very comfortable fron the moment I walked through the door. Knows what she is doing and would recommend Demi to anybody. If she could sort my feet out and make them soft then she can do anything
