The most phenomenal deep tissue 90 minute massage, an 11/10! Tonnille took the time to understand my problem areas and applied just the right amount of pressure to work through all the tension and knots. I highly recommend Luttle Gem Spa. Kim has always been my therapist and she really takes time with the treatment, understanding your needs and also targeting the pain points without compromising comfort. The shop is very clean and tidy. The use of scented candles brings calm and soothing aroma when you enter, making you feel very relaxed already.

After feeling tired, flat and constantly experiencing pain in my back and knees for the last few months, I decided it was due to working as a gardener and getting older. Then my daughter convinced me to try the ice plunge. After the first session my mood lifted and I walked down the stairs with no knee pain. Then I tried a second session, that night I went into a beautiful deep sleep, something I hadn't done in months. Today was my third session. The Ice Plunge is challenging and Jess is wonderful at keeping you calm and helping you through the experience. The rewards are amazing!
