My wife and I had a spa day consisting of a sauna followed by a couples massage and body scrub. We frequently travel and usually get a massage. It was one of the most relaxing spa experience we have had. Twana and Cierra we both excellent. It was definitely worth our time.

Spa was great, lounge was relaxing, employees kind, but the massage was disappointing. I asked for full body and the therapist skipped hands, front of my legs, no scalp, and barely worked arms/legs in general. I understand 60 min can be quick and maybe not every area addressed, but it can be done as I get massages often to have baseline references. I also had to ask for less elbows as it was poking into my spine and hip against bony points that made it uncomfortable. For the premium price, I do expect a therapist with enough experience to provide the quality service the price demands.

This was my first time visiting the Spa at The Kentucky Castle and I had a lovely experience. The way the place is set up truly helped my mind slow down and be in the moment. Susan is extremely skilled and gave me a relaxing massage that was very much needed. I highly recommend this place and surely will be back!

Absolutely amazing spa experienced. Front staff were welcoming, the therapists were progressional and allowed for a relaxing a fluid day. I never felt rushed and no one tried to up-sell during my treatments!

Went to the spa to try a massage for the first time, and I’m glad I did. I was apparently tense and after my session with Tanya, I felt completely different. She found problem areas I don’t know I had, was a complete professional , and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

We tried the spa for the 1st time for my daughter’s 21st bday. Susan was amazing for my daughter’s massage/mud detox. She was gentle and explained each detail to ensure she was comfortable. Olivia did my facial and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She thanked me at the end for telling her my preferences and not just accepting what I did not like. She was amazing! Had a massage with Owen and it seems he did not understand how to treat a lady kindly in a massage. Nor did he know the difference between a rough massage or a deep tissue massage. Only four stars due to my experience with Owen.

Everything was great, we came in for a couple massage and everything was excellent. Friendly staff, very relaxed. Our only regret was we had dinner booked up against the spa event so we had to scurry out afterwards and wasn't able to stay and relax a bit. But a great experience

The experience was just wonderful....I loved the meal ( I know, not part of the spa) and the spa was just amazing....the facial just perfect....I felt so relaxed and soothed afterward....the gathering room was a treat as were the sauna, and the visit with your CEO...she is a sweetheart.
