It was the first time visiting a salt cave. It was such a relaxing experience with the ambient music and sounds of water. We only had one other person in the room at 10am. We asked permission to not be rude if we could take our photo which they didn't mind at all. In general it's not an issue to read on your phone or use your phone as long as it's on silent to not disturb others. I don't understand why people sign the contract then break it by being disruptive. Thankfully this wasn't our experience. The staff is very friendly too! My skin feels better and I can breath better after.

Desiree is truly one of the kindest people I've met. She has such a warm, welcoming presence that makes you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. She puts so much care into every appointment and pays attention to all the little details. She listens, takes her time, and makes the whole experience feel thoughtful and personalized. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to feel their best. Every facial with her feels like a little reset. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing 🤍

Ana was incredibly kind and welcoming and she always makes sure I'm comfortable and I know exactly what's going on everytime. I couldn't ask for a better experience as I was nervous about the Estella chair and she sat down with me and explained everything thoroughly my first appointment.
