It was the first time visiting a salt cave. It was such a relaxing experience with the ambient music and sounds of water. We only had one other person in the room at 10am. We asked permission to not be rude if we could take our photo which they didn't mind at all. In general it's not an issue to read on your phone or use your phone as long as it's on silent to not disturb others. I don't understand why people sign the contract then break it by being disruptive. Thankfully this wasn't our experience. The staff is very friendly too! My skin feels better and I can breath better after.

I am so glad we discovered this place. It was clean and warm inside and all of the spaces we saw were set up for total relaxation. My husband and I got the Zen head spa with facial and it was the best spa treatment I have ever had. We will definitely be back.

It wasn’t quite what I expected. However, it was very relaxing. I think you should place more emphasis on the relaxation part of the session. Cell phones and talking should be fully prohibited. It is very distracting for guests when 2 people are constantly talking and on their phones. Otherwise, our time there was great.

Ana was incredibly kind and welcoming and she always makes sure I'm comfortable and I know exactly what's going on everytime. I couldn't ask for a better experience as I was nervous about the Estella chair and she sat down with me and explained everything thoroughly my first appointment. Every appointment since then she has been continuously amazing!
