Wonderful experience. First time here and won’t be the last. Had a very relaxing session in the Salt Cave and loved the Japanese Head Spa treatment. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, they explain all treatments before beginning.

I had a very relaxing massage. My shoulders were tight and sore when I walked in. Coming out I felt amazing. Stefania is very nice. She used hot towels and did some neck stretches. I feel very relaxed. When you leave the give you a water bottle, And tell you to take it easy and keep hydrated. Nice touch

I had the most incredible experience at this salt cave healing spa. From start to finish, everything just felt peaceful, intentional, and honestly… a little magical. I started with a float session, and wow — it was like my whole mind and body finally exhaled. The salt cave was absolutely beautiful and so calming, and I could literally feel the tension melting out of my shoulders. The hands and feet detox was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. A great place to truly unwind and reset!

I gad a great experience today! As always the sauna is a must. I tried something new for me, I did the Healing Balance Head, Face, and Foot Ritual with Maya. Maya did such a good job explaining everything. So relaxing that I took a little nap, lol. Highly recommend this for maximum relaxation.

I treated myself to a head spa at The Loft in Niagara Falls with Krystal, and it was pure bliss. The space is gorgeous and calming, and Krystal’s touch is truly magic. I left feeling completely relaxed, recharged, and reset …the perfect birthday treat! If you’re looking for a hidden gem to unwind and indulge in some serious self-care, this is it. Highly recommend asking for Krystal, she’s amazing! ✨

I did the Diamond Head Spa treatment for the first time and it was a 10/10 experience. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly and the spa itself was beautiful. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying it again. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience at The Salt Cave Niagara! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Our floating session was so calming, followed by a peaceful time in the beautiful salt cave and a cozy, rejuvenating session in the infrared sauna. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing and healing atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed, recharged, and full of gratitude. We can’t wait to come back!

An amazing spa day! Everyone was so nice, and the rooms were so nice and clean. I did a facial and scalp massage. Totally felt relaxed and comfortable. Loved that they had the beds warm for you so you were not cold.

It was my first visit and it is definitely not going to be my last. The whole experience is so calming and relaxing. I started in the salt cave and ended in the infrared sauna. Great facilities and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

It was a great experience. The facialists were really good at their job. The salt cave was the perfect place to sit down and relax. The ice globe treatment was amazing! I would want to come back to this spa and get a facial whenever I possibly could. Would recommend for anybody else who wants a good relaxation afternoon.

Unbelievable experience. A beautifully designed spa with very courteous and friendly staff. I enjoyed a session in the Salt Cave followed by a Swedish massage. Both thoroughly relaxing treatments. So much so I almost left my shoes at the spa! I made it to my car before realizing I hadn’t returned their flip flops. In addition to the professional and friendly customer service the staff were nice enough to invite me to join them for a glass of wine at their staff barbecue. Truly incredible spa employed by very kind and lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough and look forward to my next visit

This place is AMAZING. I had an emergency with my hair and I text them at 10:30 pm the night before asking for a hair cut the next day. I was thinking that this would be impossible because it would be a Saturday, but to my surprise I got in. Angel is WONDERFUL. She cut my hair exactly like I wanted. She takes her time and makes sure that you are happy with the results and believe me, I was THRILLED. Very relaxing and friendly environment. I would recommend this place highly. It is more than a hair salon, it is a spa too. They do facials, massages, nails etc. This place is worth trying.
