It was absolutely amazing, I felt welcome when I came in and perky when i came out.The atmosphere was gorgeous and serene. The customer service was impeccable. And I honestly cant say anything negative about this company. Cheers to you guys and keep up the good work. I totally recommend it for a birthday, anniversary or just a ladies night out.

I just moved to St Catharines and this is my first time at Oggi Spa. Jenelle was friendly and personable. I had their signature facial and it was amazing. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Kazzel is fantastic! I’ve seen her for pedicures, manicure and waxing. She is my go to girl now! She provides a great service & is super friendly, easy to talk to. Oggi spa over all has a calm, relaxed & clean atmosphere. I’m never disappointed with my visits and would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently discovered this boutique spa above my hair salon (Valvano). As soon as you enter, you feel relaxed. The staff is incredibly warm and knowledgeable, and have been very helpful in providing recommendations specifically for me, and what I have to work with. I’ve just now booked my third appointment and am looking forward to it!

My experience was five star+++. It is the first time I have gone to Oggi Spa and I went for a pedicure. Jenelle was wonderful and I have already booked for my next visit. The space is relaxing, the pedicure was excellent and Jenelle was both professional and so personable. Thank you for a lovely visit and a delightful discovery right here in downtown St. Catharines.

My first visit at Oggi Spa was for a pedicure. I was welcomed very warmly by Rebecca who did my pedicure. She was very personable and attentive making sure I was comfortable. My pedicure was very enjoyable, and Rebecca did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend Oggi Spa to anyone looking for great service, a relaxing environment, and also Rebecca for your Pedicure, Manicure or Massage.

Beautiful and clean spa, very welcoming staff. I had the Pure Indulgence Pedicure done by Chloe and it was fabulous. I ended up booking a facial for the following day. There is also a hair salon downstairs if you’re looking for a one stop beauty shop!

The entire spa experience today was top level! Starting with the booking process, the effort made to accommodate my schedule, the informative email communications, clarity on pricing and cancellation policies. I was welcomed today by a smiling technician and to a beautiful, calm setting, soothing, calming music, complete with chocolate, vast array of herbal teas, water…… The environment was clean and well organized. The technician made every effort to ensure my preferences were met. Very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure, I never felt rushed! Very zen!!! Overall very positive experience

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Oggi spa, and I can’t say enough great things about my Kazzel! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made the entire visit feel luxurious. Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. Her attention to detail was amazing, and the final result was flawless. My nails have never looked better!

I was very pleased with my experience at the spa. They were very understanding of my situation with being quite late for my appt because the highway had been closed for serious accident and reassured me they would be there for me upon my arrival. They were very receptive and pleasant upon my arrival and did an excellent job on my brows and eye lashes.
