I recently had the head spa experience at Healing Salt Cave and it was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and peaceful—it felt like an instant reset. Brittany was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. The head spa itself was incredibly relaxing. Every step felt intentional and soothing, and I could literally feel the stress melting away. I can’t wait to come back!

I had a very relaxing massage. My shoulders were tight and sore when I walked in. Coming out I felt amazing. Stefania is very nice. She used hot towels and did some neck stretches. I feel very relaxed. When you leave the give you a water bottle, And tell you to take it easy and keep hydrated. Nice touch

I had the most incredible experience at this salt cave healing spa. From start to finish, everything just felt peaceful, intentional, and honestly… a little magical. I started with a float session, and wow — it was like my whole mind and body finally exhaled. The salt cave was absolutely beautiful and so calming, and I could literally feel the tension melting out of my shoulders. The hands and feet detox was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. A great place to truly unwind and reset!

This spa is very luxurious and the staff are all sweet. I was given plenty of towels with access to plenty of bathrooms and showers at any point in time during the sauna. Clean and beautiful inside Everything in my Valentine's package was relaxing and refreshing. Will be back!

As a complimentary bonus, she received a 45-minute salt cave session, which was the perfect way to unwind even more. My partner left feeling rejuvenated and so grateful for the experience. A little pre-visit guidance would’ve helped maximize the experience. The spa clerk was wonderful, and the head massage was relaxing, though I personally would’ve loved a bit more pressure.
