Wonderful experience. First time here and won’t be the last. Had a very relaxing session in the Salt Cave and loved the Japanese Head Spa treatment. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, they explain all treatments before beginning.

I had a very relaxing massage. My shoulders were tight and sore when I walked in. Coming out I felt amazing. Stefania is very nice. She used hot towels and did some neck stretches. I feel very relaxed. When you leave the give you a water bottle, And tell you to take it easy and keep hydrated. Nice touch

I had the most incredible experience at this salt cave healing spa. From start to finish, everything just felt peaceful, intentional, and honestly… a little magical. I started with a float session, and wow — it was like my whole mind and body finally exhaled. The salt cave was absolutely beautiful and so calming, and I could literally feel the tension melting out of my shoulders. The hands and feet detox was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. A great place to truly unwind and reset!

I gad a great experience today! As always the sauna is a must. I tried something new for me, I did the Healing Balance Head, Face, and Foot Ritual with Maya. Maya did such a good job explaining everything. So relaxing that I took a little nap, lol. Highly recommend this for maximum relaxation.

She started with an amazing head spa appointment that left her feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. As a complimentary bonus, she received a 45-minute salt cave session, which was the perfect way to unwind even more. My partner left feeling rejuvenated and so grateful for the experience. Highly recommend Healing Salt Cave if you’re looking for a unique, relaxing gift or just some much-needed self-care. We’ll definitely be coming back!

That said, I would have appreciated a bit more information ahead of time to better prepare for the day — especially things like the temperature of the salt cave and what to expect from each treatment. A little pre-visit guidance would’ve helped maximize the experience. The spa clerk was wonderful, and the head massage was relaxing, though I personally would’ve loved a bit more pressure. I just had my first Head Spa with Crystal. I felt bad pampering myself. Let me tell you, that guilt went out the window fast. I have never felt so relaxed. She explained things, was wonderful to talk to and fell comfortable with. The products she used all smelt amazing, tools, techniques. I can't praise her enough. She showed me the right shampoo to shine up my dull gray hairs. Plus the Japanese mint oil roller they sell. Literally you need a dot from the roller. When I leftnI booked another in 2 weeks.
