Bought 'The Chakana' as a gift for my sister's big birthday. Not only were the staff fabulous to deal with, my sister (who has been in a lot of day spas!) rated it as her best experience in one ever. Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks
