Bought 'The Chakana' as a gift for my sister's big birthday. Not only were the staff fabulous to deal with, my sister (who has been in a lot of day spas!) rated it as her best experience in one ever. Loved my experience at this sauna and ice bath spot. The facilities were clean, calming, and beautifully set up for total relaxation. The sauna was perfectly heated, and the contrast with the ice bath left me feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and re-energized. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole vibe was just right. Absolutely loved my experience at The Heal Zone! From the moment I walked in, the space felt calm, clean, and private—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I tried the sauna and ice bath combo, and it was honestly the best reset I’ve had in a long time. Everything was self-serve but super easy to use, and I appreciated not having to rush or share the space with strangers. The 70min plus 40min session was just the right amount of time to switch off and recharge. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful wellness escape in Avalon! Certainly coming back with membership. Thanks

Great first time visiting and really loved the space and facilities. Lots of thoughtful touches and clear instructions for use. Easy booking system with quick responses and links.

Loved the space, ambiance, massage and sauna. The owner, Mardi, is an asset to our community.

Enjoyed the sauna and ice bath and was left feeling revived afterwards. Entire experience was wonderful aside from the fact that you find yourself having to shower up to ten times, every time before getting in the ice bath. This was a little annoying but all in all I had a good experience.

I’ve just finished the most sublime experience with the girls at Chakana Day Spa in Avalon Beach - I had “The Chakana” experience and came out of there floating - thank you so much as it was a much needed release from the everyday - will be gifting some of these to my beautiful family members so they too can feel your healing work thank you
