Very good. I took my fiance there, it was her first spa and it was a perfect place for a first time. The sauna’s were nice and so good for my pores. The hot/cold pools were so relaxing and got rid of a pain in my back I’ve had for a month. The two fella’s were super lovely too.

Kyra provides a warm and welcomimg space. I had the shirodhara treatment which was extremely relaxing and very much enjoyed the experience. I look forward to returning to Kyra and the Ayurveda journey.

What a beautifully , nurturing experience. I found Kyra in 2023 and have received few different treatments with her. All have been such an intentionally created and heart opening experience. If you’re looking for a practitioner who can help you feel calm, and relaxed again - Kyra is your girl.
