Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Ihad such a wonderful experience at this salon I went in to get a facial wax and my toenails done, and from start to finish the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected. Had a great experience at the spa with Ashley. I booked a mud wrap, massage, and Bro-Zillian. The ambience of the spa is just what you would hope for if your goal is to relax and recoup. The treatments left my skin feeling so soft and the wax was relatively pain free. Go with the hard wax, I say. Ashley is very skillful and I would certainly recommend her.

This was my very first wax and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is so kind, patient and knowledgeable.
