As always, my experience was great. Liliana was my consultant today, for a brows and lash wax and tint. And a spray tan. The atmosphere including music is always lovely and calm. The atmosphere temperature is perfect. Right on time and with great care and precision. Liliana is charming as I find with all your staff. For that reason, I usually select “whoever is available”. I will soon sample more of your treatments and perhaps trial some Mii products. Thx 🚀

It sounds funny to say I’m so grateful for a service that hurts like hell.. but I am! Electrolysis is so underrated as a hair removal option - and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jodie to do it for me. She’s gentle, efficient and really good at what she does. It’s been an absolute game changer to have this *permanent* hair removal option available in the heart of newcastle!

Amy was my brow specialist and she did an amazing job. I expressed my concern to her with not having my brows waxed for a few years due to a bad past experience. It felt like she listened and managed her work to ensure that didn’t happen. Normally waxing really hurts and my eyes water when wax is stripped off but this was the first time it didn’t! And usually my skin goes super red for the whole day/night however the redness didn’t last that long! I was very suprised, happy and greatful for this experience and will definitely be back to see Amy again! Thank you!

Dana is the BEST IN THE BIZ! I literally fly interstate to see her. Booking in for a brow lami with her is the first thing I do whenever I plan a trip home to Newcastle. She gives a heavenly head massage and is extremely professional. Dana possesses the unique skill of knowing how to read a client as well (when to be chatty / when I need to relax) I wish she lived in Melbourne!!!
