Had my first ever Colon Cleanse yesterday, after having four children and working in a industry that is quite stressful at times, it was amazing to see just only in one session how much toxins I was holding on to it was a relief to let it all go. Jamie my therapist was fantastic Made me feel so welcome and at ease straight away. Explained everything so well and had a good laugh which made things a lot more comfortable for me. Looking forward to my second cleanse today. I highly recommend A1 Colon Hydrotherapy to anyone with wants to feel amazing and be in control with their body. 😀🙏🏻🙌🏼

Was amazing and also wast the first time for me. The therapist lady was excellent, made me feel comfortable and gave me some good education on colonic hydrotherapy, she was so passionate, warm and thorough. I will definitely be back.
