As always Ms. Karen works the job of 3 people checking in and being able to coach the girls and help in all capacities. Always a positive & wonderful experience at IIC Wethersfield every visit.

Was regular here when school was located in downtown Hartford almost 10years ago. Decided to check it out again as alternative to barbershop to save money. Just came from wethersfield location. Had hard time finding place&GPS wasn't really helpful in pinpointing exact location! One of the people in charge guided me rest of way. Really appreciate her assistance! The student who took care of me did excellent job! Really knew what he was doing!

Had a phenomenal experience with Zazie for a partial highlight — not only was the color beautiful, but she also recommended a face-framing cut that gave me the exact look I didn’t even know I was seeking. She’s such a sweet person, and knowledgeable. She educated me on exactly how to recreate the blowdry/style at home. I’m so happy with my hair. Thank you Zazie.

Ashley was terrific. She helped explain what she was doing and was kind. Overall I wish I had a better estimate of how long it would take so I could have planned my time. I think this is an excellent program and I fully realize that it takes time, but when I scheduled the appointment through the app it told me 1.5 hours and it took nearly double that time. If I had a better estimate before coming, I would have just picked a different day to come. Again services are great but the app that schedules appointments should have more upfront information about timing.

Had highlights and cut today and I’m extremely happy with the results. Kayleigh has been doing my hair and she is very talented. Results are always excellent and I highly recommend IIC in Wethersfield. You won’t be disappointed. Teachers are great too.

So pleasant at this Wethersfield salon. Everyone is positive and extremely courteous & accommodating. Rachel is a young student and is very promising. Gentle and thorough and always checking my comfort level too . Her instructor ms Karen is excellent

Wonderful! My student Skylar was attentive and very skilled. She will make a fine stylist. FYI though…the glass wall display shelf in the lobby area of your Wethersfield school is an accident waiting to happen. One wall support fixture has clearly pulled out its wall socket and one to two others are not far behind. It is a safety issue especially if it crashes down sending glass out into the customer floor. The situation was brought to a floor supervisor’s attention who stated “it’s been that way for some time”. OR…”.too bad, so sad but I am not going to do anything about it!”

Educators Eva and Karen recognized me from previous visits. Eva greeted me at the front desk when I arrived. She and Karen were very kind. Student Emelia was assigned to do my color retouch. She and Eva arrived at the correct color formula together. Emelia was very gentle-handed with the color application brush. We had a lovely conversation. She was very professional and caring, as were both educators. The atmosphere at that school is very professional, kind, caring, and uplifting. The space is bright and clean. I will continue to get my hair care needs at IIC Wethersfield! Thank you all!

This was my first visit at IIC in Wethersfield, CT and Holly made me feel at ease in her ability to give me a great cut and style. I’m very happy. I plan to return for some coloring next.

This was my second time attending under the Wethersfield Senior Center. The young lady who cut my hair was very good. She did a nice haircut and I asked to have a little more taken from the top, the instructor did the cutting. I think she was going for the Dorothy Hamill/ Bowl cut. I didn't want full short bangs and after a couple of weeks they finally have grown to go sideways. Thank you for this service. AA

I had a really great experience today and IIC Wethersfield. I feel so bad I do not remember the student’s name but she just did an amazing job on my hair! I wanted to go all blonde with a balayage and cool tone, and the result really blew my mind. It took some time but I really didn’t mind, she did great and it looks so good! The supervisors were great and other students helped as well. I trust the salon completely every time I go!
