Really lovely girl done a hair cut today for me. Very clean salon, everyone working was polite and friendly. Hair cut was done at booking time without waiting, and she did a really good job 😊

Fast acknowledgement that I'd arrived in the salon and even though I was 7 mins early I was shown straight to my chair. Love my cut and the girl doing it was lovely also. Very happy.

Amazing service and staff. I had the nano plasty treatment. It took hours but I was comfortable the whole time. Used to come here years ago and super busy and cramped. Now they have extended the salon and don’t do as many clients. Great atmosphere again

Thank you ladies for another lovely experience at the salon this morning. I haven't recieved as many compliments on my hair in my life, than I have in last 6 months and it's down to you. I flew up from Canberra with the recommendation from my sister to visit Thairapy. My last few hair salon experiences had been so negative, so my expectations were high. My experience with the girls was nothing short of amazing. They listened to my last experiences and thoroughly asked what I'd like to have done, walking me through the process of what they were doing. They exceeded all expectations and I will absolutely be returning when I'm next due for a cut or colour! Amazing, I love all the staff and how they make you feel like you’re worth a million $. I’ve never had a bad experience in almost 8 years. The affordability is definitely a huge factor aswel. It’s hard to find a salon these days that doesn’t charge a weeks wage to get your hair done! 10/10 from me, you guys rock! 🥰

Too busy to tell you how great my hair looks. I cant stop staring in the mirror or taking photos. Kinda joking? But honestly, I have not felt deserving of magazine hair. I saw the results of a simple blowdry and was so overwhelmed that I got a bit teary. I was made to feel so comfortable, I will be making this my regular salon.
