I cannot recommend the facials here enough. From start to finish it is an incredibly relaxing experience. Kirsty is amazing, she explains what will happen during the facial and is really knowledgeable. I completely trust that she knows exactly what my skin needs and I cannot wait for my next one with her! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Booked her again 2 days later for a different treatment! - Came in for an impromptu Brow Shaping, she was quick, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She talks you through every step of the way, I hope Marta will be the facial treatment guru I desperately needed for a long time!

The most relaxing, restorative treatment ever. Anna is beyond brilliant, she talked me through everything which allowed me to relax into it (this was my first ever massage treatment). After my appointment on 29/11/25, I walked into my hairdresser’ first thing the receptionist said was ‘fabulous brows’ every time for over 7 years, thanks Marta for always making me feel wonderful no matter what treatment.

I was greeted by Rose and shown to the room all set up and ready for me. Efficient and professional service. Very happy with the treatments I received.
